How to Access Invoices

1. How can I access my invoices and other electronic receipts?

Since January 1, 2016, electronic receipts from NESSUS HOTELES PERU S.A. (invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes) can be accessed through:

  • Electronic Billing Platform, by indicating the type of document, the electronic receipt number, and your RUC, through the following link:
  • All inquiries for electronic documents issued by Casa Andina up to December 2017 should be consulted through the SUNAT portal
  • Email provided by the client and/or user.
  • Printed representation. For credit operations, we will continue sending them to your offices with all the necessary documents for their reception (or acceptance), in order to fully adopt the virtual process, meaning receipts and documents via the virtual route.

2. What should my company do to receive its electronic receipts via e-mail?

NESSUS HOTELES PERU S.A. has sent a communication to its clients, inviting them to register an email to receive their invoices and other electronic receipts since January 1, 2016.

Please note that:

  • If your company has not received a formal communication (printed letter), please contact the phone 213-9700 extension 3788 or to the email facturacion-corporativo@casa-andina.com
  • This same procedure applies to invoices, sales receipts, and electronic credit and debit notes.
