Such data will be stored in the Customer Database collected via web and in-person with Code: RNPDP-PJP N° 5753 y RNPDP-PJP N° 6908, located at Av. NESSUS HOTELS declares that it has appropriate security levels for safeguarding information in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Law. Likewise, both companies are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality about the personal data of the data owner and store it in the previously indicated database, except as provided in applicable regulations. The data may be transferred, within and outside the country.

The personal data provided will be retained for a period of 15 years. As you may notice, some of the aforementioned services are provided by service providers located outside the country, and such personal data processing is carried out in accordance with personal data protection regulations.
